Nubia’s new gaming phone Red Magic 7S has been introduced. It will come in two colors: Dark Knight or Deuterium Front Transparent. The transparency area on the latter has been significantly increased over the previous generation.

The 6.8 inch AMOLED screen of the smartphone has a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and supports a refresh rate up to 165Hz. It also supports touch sampling rates of 720Hz. It has a 20/9 aspect ratio and supports 100% DCI-P3 colors. The screen also has a built in fingerprint reader, which allows for heart rate monitoring.

 

Red Magic 7S includes the first industry-first 165W gallium Nitride charger. It is compatible with most common devices and supports major fast-charging protocols like PD/QC. Red Magic 7S comes with a 4500mAh dual-cell battery and supports 120W fast charge. The device can be fully charged in just 17 minutes.

 

Red Magic 7S features a Snapdragon 8+ SoC and LPDDR5 RAM. Red Magic 7S features an ICE magic cooling system that includes built-in high speed centrifugal fans and a graphene layer to provide efficient cooling.

Two buttons are located on the side panel. They can withstand over 2 million clicks. Stereo speakers, a stereo headphone jack of 3.5mm, three microphones and Wi-Fi 6 are included in the equipment.

 

The Red Magic 7S Dark Knight is available for $595 in 8GB/128GB versions. The transparent version costs $730 for the 12/256GB version and $820 for the 16/512GB version.
