Apple now offers the naked scanner to scan photos within the news app. This scanner is part of Family Sharing and is parental control. You can activate it once in the settings. How to join the beta programme

To receive an update, users will need to deposit their Apple ID. The new versions are automatically downloaded to your device. Registered developers can now access the fourth beta version as an over-the air update. You must not test preliminary versions on the production system.
