Huawei showed its first smartphone without cutouts and holes live

Recently, the Huawei HarmonyOS 3.0 operating platform was officially launched. The source has now published footage from the commercial that showed the Huawei HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system. It was the first time the commercial featured a Huawei smartphone equipped with an under-screen cam.

According to reports, it is a clamshell phone similar to the Huawei P50 Pocket. However, the main foldable screen is free from cutouts and holes. However, you can still see the location of the camera in the screenshot.

Huawei was granted two patents in February 2013 for smartphones that have an under-display cam. Huawei has yet to make any official announcements.

Given that the Huawei P50 Pocket was revealed earlier in the year, it is reasonable to assume that its successor will have an under-screen camera.
