According to the source, the time is not yet right for MIUI 14 to be released. The upcoming Redmi and Xiaomi smartphones, including Redmi K50 Ultras, will come with the MIUI 13 shell.
Digital Chat Station insider also clarifies that the MIUI 13 user experience in Redmi K50 Ultra is closer to MIUI 14. Redmi K50 ultra should have new pop-up notifications.
Redmi CEO Lu Weibing posted a message to Weibo this week from his new smartphone. He stated that the “new mobile phone is really simple to use and stable.”
The smartphone, which will be built using a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 single chip system, will feature a 2K flat display with support for 120Hz. This is the same as the Redmi K50 Gaming edition. Redmi K50 Ultra will support 120W fast charging.
It is expected to be announced in August.
