Prices will rise: iPhone 14 production will begin in July

DigiTimes has just announced that the supply of components is in full swing for the iPhone 14 series smartphones. Next month will see small-scale production, while large-scale mass production is expected to begin in August. Suppliers confirm that prices have risen.

This year’s lineup will include the 6.1-inch iPhone 14, the 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max, and the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro. The iPhone 14 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max should eliminate the notches in favor of two cutouts.

The iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max screens will use adaptive refresh rate technology. This adjusts the screen refresh rates based on what’s displayed. This technology ensures smooth operation and energy savings. The iPhone 14 Pro will also support an always-on display. This allows users to see various widgets on their lock screen without turning it on.

The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will use the Apple A15 single-chip systems from last year, while the iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max will run on the Apple A16 mobile platform. The Pro Max and Pro Max models will have a 48-megapixel camera sensor, as well as support for an 8K video.

The iPhone 14 series will be available in September 2012.
