ZTE has officially revealed the Nubia Z40S Pro smartphone. It is a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 flagship smartphone that features a flat-screen display. The camera is what sets it apart from other devices in its class.
The Nubia Z40S Pro was equipped with LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 flash memory and a large cooling system. It has a 3062 mm Vapor Chamber 2. (The total area of the cooling system is 38387 2).
The AMOLED display features a 6.67 inch diagonal, Full HD+ resolution, and a frame rate 144 Hz. However, there is no smooth adjustment. You can select fixed values such as 144, 120, or 60 Hz.
Front camera – equipped with a 16-megapixel OmniVision OOV16A1Q sensor. The main camera has three modules. The main camera uses a Sony IMX787 image scanner with a resolution 64 megapixels, a 35 mm focal length lens (most flagships use a wide angle lens with a focal distance of around 24 mm), and an optical stabilization. The ultra-wide lens module with a 116deg angle uses a 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJN1 camera. The third module, which is the same periscope, has an 8-megapixel Hynix hi847 Sensor and a 5-x optical zoom.
The power subsystem for Nubia Z40S Pro is available in two versions. Basic – With a 5000mAh battery and 80W fast charging. Optional (and more costly) – With a 4600mAh battery, and 120W charging. It takes approximately 19 minutes to fully charge the battery in the second case.
The Nubia Z40S Pro measures 8.05mm thick and weighs in at 199g. It also includes a powerful vibration motor as well as a pair speakers. The novelty runs Android 12 with MyOS 12 interface.
