That’s all, there will be no analogue of the GeForce RTX 3070 from Intel. The top “blue” video card of the new generation in terms of power can only be compared with the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

Intel’s re-entry in the consumer graphics market was completely different to what analysts, experts and users saw.

Many expected increased competition and more powerful models. However, there was a drop in the cost of 3D accelerators over very long periods. This is not due to Intel’s arrival, and perhaps most importantly, no new powerful models. You can forget about the prediction of an Intel 3D card capable to defeat the GeForce RTX 3070 or RTX 3070 Ti at the start of the year. According to the official representative of the company, such a model was not possible within the Arc family.

“Despite rumors to the contrary the Intel Arc A780 is not real and was never planned. Let’s end this argument .”, wrote Ryan Shrout (marketing manager for Intel 3D accelerators).

The Intel Arc A780 was thought to be the GeForce GTX 3070 Ti’s main competitor. It is based on an ACM-G10 full-featured GPU. According to Intel’s own ideas, the Arc A770, Arc A750 and GeForce AX3060 models are one step below the GeForce RX 3060. Intel is still not able to produce a graphics processor with the same performance as the Nvidia GA104. The GeForce GTX 40 video cards are far more powerful and are on their way. What will Intel do about them? What time?
