The Model X Plaid and Model S Plaid orders for Tesla Model S Plaid are now available in France and other EU countries. Shipping will begin at the end of 2022. The Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive models will not be available until 2023.
Tesla released a press release on August 3rd 2022, confirming the availability of Model S Plaid or Model X Plaid cars in Europe. French customers can order these cars now on the official Tesla website. It has been updated with the most recent features, options and prices. Delivery to customers will start between November 2022 and December 2022.
The Plaid versions are an update to the Model S, and Model X that were released in 2012 and 2015. These were in Europe in 2013 and 2016. The new interior features a revised exterior and interior design, as well as a more powerful engine, better temperature management, and a lighter chassis.
Open orders for Tesla Model S Plaid or Model X Plaid
The Model S Plaid can travel 600 km in the WLTP cycle. The Model S Plaid’s three powerful engines are equipped with carbon-coated wheels that allow it to accelerate to 100 km/h in 2.1 seconds. It has a top speed 322 km/h, and a development of 1,020 horsepower. It is available in France for EUR138990. The Model X Plaid has a range of 528 km according to the WLTP protocol. The electric SUV can go from 0 to 100 km/h within 2.6 seconds, and top speed is 262 km/h. Three powerful engines are equipped with carbon-coated wheels and produce up to 1020 horsepower. EUR 141990 is the starting price.
Versions of Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive for 2023
There are many options that can be added to the price. The standard color for a Tesla Model S Plaid is pearl white. You will pay 1800 euros to select black and 2200 euros to choose gray, blue, or red. For 4900 euros, you can get 21-inch wheels instead of the 19-inch. For a small fee, interior color change, Autopilot and fully autonomous driving are all available. Tesla has announced that European deliveries of the Model S, Model X Dual Motor All-Wheel Drives will begin in 2023. Although it is currently not possible to order these vehicles, the brand has already made reservations.
