Xiaomi’s flagship camera phone, 12S Ultra, went on sale recently. It received a Leica lens as well as the first ever 1-inch image sensor, both created by Sony and Xiaomi.
Marques Brownlee (aka MKBHD) a well-known blogger stated that the camera was “pretty and really good in most situations.” Now, XDA Developers has published a review.
These two new Xiaomi Ultra smartphones are truly premium Android phones. They stand out in a sea of Android phones because of their design and power. The Xiaomi 12S Ultra takes this trend to the next level. Although I find it hard to believe that there is a trend toward partnerships between Chinese smartphone makers and European camera manufacturers, I am still astonished by the fact that Leica has partnered with Xiaomi. The previous Xiaomi cameras were excellent, but the Xiaomi 12S ultra camera is just as good. This phone makes it easy to take street photos.
The smartphone is cheaper in China than the Galaxy S22 Ultra and iPhone 13 Pro Max. This review clearly shows that it wins the comparison. Worldwide shipping customers will be charged a surcharge to reduce the price difference.
XDA Developers suggests that you wait to see if Xiaomi releases it globally. “If not, that would be a shame. This phone really shows the capabilities of Xiaomi. Xiaomi’s best offering of the year is the Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
Weibo was informed by Lei Jun, founder and CEO of Xiaomi Group and Chairman of Xiaomi Group, that Xiaomi 13 Ultra would be available worldwide.
