Update KB5016700 now available in the Windows 11 Insider Program beta Channel. Two builds will be available, just like previous releases.
Built 22622.450 = We are adding new features.
Build 22621.450 = All new features are disabled by default
Insiders can also choose to install the update (build 22621.xxxx), which will roll out new features. This can be done by manually checking Windows Update for updates and selecting the 22622.xxx version.
The update includes innovations and general improvements as well as an optimized update process. Windows has made improvements in how updates are applied. The blog post will not provide details about the new builds. It’s still about improving update packages. The new Windows 11 22H2 preview contains bug fixes and optimizations. These will be available outside the Insider program, most likely as soon as August patch day. The release notes and highlights are now included at the end.

We have fixed an issue that caused sihost.exe high CPU use in certain cases.
Microsoft Edge stopped responding to IE mode due to an issue. This also makes it impossible to interact with dialog boxes.
