Xiaomi Hits the list of the Most Valuable Companies in the world for the 4th consecutive year

In 2022, Xiaomi climbed 72 places to rank 266th in the Fortune Global 500. As the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world, Xiaomi continues to grow and compete with Apple and Samsung year after year.

Xiaomi is a good example of this. It has been ranked for the fourth consecutive time on the 500 most valuable businesses in the world. Xiaomi has been ranked as one of the 300 most valuable companies worldwide for the fourth year.
Xiaomi rises to the Fortune Global 500’s top positions

The 2022 Fortune Global 500 List, which lists the 500 most valuable companies worldwide in the current year, was published recently. Xiaomi was included for the fourth year in this list. The ranking ranked the Xiaomi group 266th, which is a significant improvement of 72 positions over last year and 200 places since it was first included in this category in 2019.

In the first quarter 2022, the Xiaomi 12 was the most popular terminal sold by the Chinese company. This Chinese giant first appeared on the list in 2019, ranking at 468. Since then, I have continued to climb this ranking. In 2020, it was ranked 422 while last year it was 338.

This milestone was achieved by the Xiaomi group thanks to total revenue of 328.3 Billion Yuan in 2021, or approximately 47,700 MILLION EUROS. This represents a year-on year growth of 33.5% and adjusted net profit of 22 Billion yuan. That’s roughly 3,200 MILLION euros, which is a rise in 69.5% year-on year.

Xiaomi exceeds 500 million users worldwide: there are only 3 brands that have achieved this milestoneFurthermore, Xiaomi’s revenue in foreign markets increased by 33.7% compared to the previous year, which represents 49.8% of its total income. This trend will continue in 2022 as 51.1% of its total income increased to this quarter.
